Starting from a reaction in a database like KEGG, MetaCyc, biochem4j, Brenda, etc, navigate to Rhea. Locate the [Rhea ID] of the reaction in the forward direction, download the corresponding RXN file in the following URL: http://www.rhea-db.org/rest/1.0/ws/reaction/rxn/[Rhea ID].
Select the reaction using an external database identifier: BiGG, BioPath, Brenda, EC number, Kegg, MetaCyc, MetaNetX, Reactome, Rhea, Sabio-RK, The SEED, UniPathway.

Hits: Number of hits to show.
MSA: Perform multiple sequence alignment and compute conservation score.
Host organism: Compute phylogenetic distance of source organisms to selected host.
Similarity: Select method for reaction similarity (see about fingerprints).

Postdata	Description
smarts	Reaction smarts (if no external database identifier is provided).
db	External database source: bigg, biopath, brenda, ec, kegg, metacyc, mnx, reactome, rhea, sabiork, seed, upa.
rxnid	Reaction identifier for the external database.
targets	Maximum number of hits (default: 200).
direction	Use only consensus reaction direction (default: 0).
noMSA	Do not compute multiple sequence alignment (default: True).
host	NCBI taxonomic id of host organism (default: 83333).
fp	reaction similiarity fingerprint: Morgan.
